Tocache is a province in the region of San Martin in the south-west of Peru. It is separated from the coastal areas by Andes; the region itself ranges in altitude from 400 to 450 meters above sea level. The climate here is hot and humid. Daytime temperatures rise up to 35 degrees Celsius. Abundant precipitation favorably affects the plants in the region. In the eighties, Tocache was liberated from drug lords growing coca on the lands. Today Tocache is a quiet place; the locals farm and breed cattle. There are numerous cacao plantations all over the province.

one table spoon (20-30 gr) of chocolate with 0.2 or 0.3 l of hot milk / water, either in a blender or using a hand–held blender.

heat 100-150 ml of cream 33% fat, add one table spoon of chocolate, stir well or mixed by hand blender
cool
prepare hot chocolate a normal way with or without milk, let it cool down in the fridge and serve it with ice or ice cream.
